Doesn't work
I bought this speaker and it worked fine for a day or 2, then it just stopped working. I contacted the company direct and they sent me a replacement speaker. This speaker did not work either. I have asked for another replacement or else my money back. Obviously with 2 failed speakers I do not recommend them at all.
Excellent!! don't even think twice..buy it!
This little thing works, period!! I plugged it in, worked right away, with a sound quality that is a million times better than my Dell 630's own speakers (if you can call THAT speakers, a Campbell's soup can with wires would sound much better ). Of course, don't expect a concert hall experience with a tremendous bass but they do what the manufacturer claims they do and more! buy it, it's money well spent.
A great solution to an irritating problem
I bought this little beauty after the soundcard died on my laptop. It has solved the problem nicely. In fact, the volume is so tremendous that I now have it down to 1, and that's just right. The speaker itself is only about 3 inches wide, so you're not going to get Bose quality. But it beats the heck out of having to use a USB audio converter hooked to speakers.
